The payment is done, but I haven’t received ATAS access information by email! What shall I do?

No need to worry!

You will receive an email notification of successful payment automatically after the transfer confirmation. If electronic payment systems are used, the payment is usually received within one minute after the payment.
PayPal may send a notification with a delay (nearly 10 minutes).

If you use a bank transfer, the payment is usually credited within 1-5 banking days. An email that confirms the payment will be sent as soon as the money is credited to the account. Please consider this when purchasing or renewing your license.
